President of Queen Mothers Foundation Urges Women in Agriculture to Strive for Excellence

Nana Ama Serwaa Bonsu, President of the Queen Mothers Foundation of Ghana, has called upon women in the agricultural sector to reach new heights of excellence. Speaking at the sixth edition of the “Gathering of the Royals,” an event organized by the Agrihouse Foundation and Queen Mothers Foundation, she emphasized the importance of gender equality and women’s advancement in agriculture.

Under the theme “Seeds of Change: Cultivating Gender Equality in Agriculture and Honoring Women’s Advancement,” Nana Ama Bonsu encouraged women in agriculture to embrace collaboration and unity in their collective efforts. She described the event as more than just a gathering but a testament to the dedication of Queen Mothers as pillars of strength within their communities.

According to Nana Ama Bonsu, the “Gathering of the Royals” serves as a platform for sharing wisdom, exchanging experiences, and cultivating innovative solutions to address challenges in the agricultural landscape.
