In an annual UN report, climate instability that causes irregular rains and agricultural seasons such as drought and floods are among the factors explaining malnutrition and rising hunger. To achieve zero hunger by 2030, considerable efforts must be made to achieve the sustainable development goals related to food security and nutrition.
