THE NEWLY APPOINTED CEO OF TIAST GHANA

Mr. Freca Xiao is a true definition of the Chinese saying, “An inch of time is an inch of gold, but you can’t buy that inch of time with an inch of gold.”  Mr. Xiao has spent every moment of his time earning the prestigious spot he has now with his every word and skill and now he has been able to successfully and earnestly attain the gold that was attached to the time he valuably spent as the Co-CEO of TIAST GHANA.

His close affiliates will describe him as a dedicated and committed personality, one who gets the work done. He has 10 years’ experience in quality control management and has worked at management representative leader’s quality system development. As part of his achievements, he initiated and is a facilitator of the Quality Control Circle program.  He also has a registered Chinese quality engineer certificate and a black badge for six Sigma quality Control.

He was officially named the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Manager of the National Development Department of the company on January 17, 2021. The ceremony which took place at TIAST Group’s office in Accra witnessed the presence of the management and staff of TIAST Group.

According to Mr. Xiao, he is optimistic that agriculture will help to spur growth in the country, but it can be only realized when the company works in unity to promote the good offer it has in stock for Ghanaians and the West African continent at large.

Speaking extensively on agricultural industrialization, he revealed that TIAST Group is extending its services to other countries in West Africa and that this initiative will require a committed and diligent staff to help achieve this agenda.

He however, gave an assurance that TIAST West Africa Limited will have its headquarters based in Ghana where every operation in other West African countries will be monitored by the headquarters in Ghana. “We will support any transactions in every other country here in Ghana,” he said.

He added that the African Continental Free Trade Area (AFCFTA) will be leveraged on to transform the agricultural sector in West Africa. He urged Ghanaians to take advantage of the offer TIAST is offering to build 1,000 factories across West Africa in the next ten years.

He stressed and emphasized on the key role the Marketing Department of TIAST Group has to play in campaigning the offer the company has for the agricultural industry. In relation to the Marketing Department, he admonished the team to leverage on the internet and break the market with suitable and appealing contents to attract customers and get a wider reach.

He also encouraged all other departments to contribute their maximum quota to the establishment of TIAST Group and he has promised to lead the company with a visionary mindset in order to achieve the set target.

Talk about a visionary and an idle leader capable of leading an entire organization not only maintaining its set standard but also raising it and leaving a legacy difficult to erase, the newly appointed CEO of TIAST Ghana is the prime name. Cheers to Mr. Freca Xiao.
