The Cassava cake roll is a dessert recipe inspired by cassava cake, where fresh cassava is grated and cooked along with milk and sugar and later topped with cheese or any other topping.
INGREDIENTS
2 cup grated cassava
370 ml coconut milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp yellow food coloring
3 tbsp butter Grated cheese
PREPARATION
Grate the cassava
Sieve and extract the juice
Put 3 tbsp in a pan, place it on heat to melt
Add coconut milk and sugar and let the mixture boil
Add grated cassava and yellow food color to the mixture
Cook on low heat until the mixture is thick. (12-15 minutes)
Once done, spread cooked cassava on a parchment paper-lined on a tin
