BEET JUICE

Beet juice is a wonderful medicine that sends pure nutrients straight to your cells. Drinking this juice is a great way to get your dose of vitamin C, alkalize your system and it also helps to keep things moving. It will speed up digestion, support healing, clear up skin, eyes and overall make you feel more energetic and healthier. Also if you wish to balance your weight, this is a great way to do so. Keep in mind that while detoxing from time to time is a good thing, constant detoxing is not. Balance is key.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Beetroot
  • 1 Pink Grapefruit
  • 2 Small Apples
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 1 Bunch of Parsley
  • 2 inch chunk of Ginger

PREPARATION

  • Wash all ingredients thoroughly under running water
  • Peel the beet and chop into 1-inch pieces   
  • Add all ingredients and transfer into Juicer
  • Blend smooth and pass through a strainer
  • Collect juice at the bottom
  • Add your preferred sweetener and mix well
  • Serve juice immediately (you can add ice cubes to make it chilled)
